What are your hours?

Monday Through Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sundays 10am – 4pm.


Where do I check in and check out?

Check in and check out will be handled at our main offices located at either 9th Street or 34th Street in Ocean City, NJ.


Check in will be after 2pm on your arrival day. If you are planning for a late arrival or find yourself behind schedule, please call our office and we will make arrangements for a key pick up.


Check out is before 10am on your scheduled departure date. Easy access key drop off boxes are provided at each office for your convenience. 


All other information including occupancy, pets, cancellation policies, etc. will be in the rental contract you receive from us. If you have a question about something you don’t see, feel free to give us a call!


Where does the Boardwalk begin and end?

The Boardwalk begins at St. James Place, and ends at 23rd Street. Most of the attractions featured on the Boardwalk such as amusements parks, eateries, and shopping can be found between 6th Street and 14th Street. For those looking to enjoy a revitalizing run along the Boardwalk during their stay, the Boardwalk is roughly 2.5 miles long one way.

What do I need to bring?

You will be responsible for bringing your own bed sheets, pool/beach towels and kitchen towels. Please review the bed sizes in your rental agreement or lease in order to prepare properly.



Please notify BHHS immediately if the property is not clean, if appliances, air conditioning, etc. are not working or if there is any damage. Report any issues to your agent within 24 hours of arrival. You are required to leave the property in a clean condition. 



Air Conditioning- Thermostat should not be set lower than 72 degrees.  DO NOT set the tempature to a lower setting, this will freeze the unit causing serious damage.  Units will not cool beyond a 20 degree difference from outside temperature.  It helps if all windows, doors & blinds are closed during the sunniest part of the day.


Washers and Dryers—Remove all sand from towels and clothing before washing and drying. Keep lint traps in dryers clean.


Barbeque Grills—Do not place grills on decks– FIRE HAZZARD.  The use of grills, charcoal or gas may not be used on decks and must be placed at least 15 ft from building. Some property owners strictly prohibit the use of grills, please check with your agent first.


Refrigerator- Leave internal settings on medium.  When you first arrive, only place items that must be kept cold in the refrigerator/ freezer.  Loading all the warm bottles and cans at one time will cause the unit to warm up before getting cold.  DO NOT turn controls to the maxium settings!  This will freeze the evaporator & cause it to malfunction.  Allow 12 hours for the unit to cool down.


Trash / Recycling- Please be sure to put trash containers out to the alley the night before a scheduled pickup. You must recycle and not cause litter. Failure to follow procedures, you may be subject to a fine.
